the package for you. It
doesn’t require all of
the security, but it
allows for the fire and
heat protection with
capabilities to add any
of the devices that the
Essentials package
carries because you are
still given the
Safewatch Pro 3000
Touchpad. Also you can
add other fire and
medical devices like
panic buttons, medical
pendants, carbon
monoxide detectors, etc.

Items that come in the package:

1 Safewatch Pro 3000 Touchpad
This feature will only be beneficial over the
Safewatch EZ Touchpad if you are better with numbers
than with a key. It is nice because you can lose a key
or it could end up in the wrong hands and then they have
as easy access to your house as you do. If your family
or others that live in your household are fine with
remembering a passcode and panic code then you should be
fine with this system. It will allow for multiple codes
to be put in for different people.

1 Indoor Sounder
The indoor sounder is a nice capability to warn you
or anyone around the premise of your residence. While it
does good at contacting the police and people around the
house, it will not necessarily notify neighbors, which
can be a good or bad thing depending on if it an actual
emergency or not. This is not built into the touchpad
like the EZ Package, which means more drilling.

Smoke Detector
This device picks up specific smokes and chemicals
that are associated with hazardous fires to help avoid
false alarms. It is connected to the monitoring system
and it is always on even when your monitoring system is
turned off.

Rate of Rise 135 degrees Heat
Detector
This is similar to a smoke detector, but it measures
dramatic increase in temperature. This is a great tool
for damp and dusty places like basements and cellars. It
is also connected to the monitor and works even when the
system is turned off.

*Any additional smoke or heat
detectors will not increase your monthly monitoring rate
for the Fire package, although you will have to pay for
the value of them.
